Destiny.me provides AI-powered tarot reading, card scanning, and divination journaling services. The service is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in EUR on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Destiny.me to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.
6. AI-Generated Content
Tarot interpretations are generated by AI models and are provided for reflective and entertainment purposes only. Destiny.me makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated interpretations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of Destiny.me is the property of Destiny.me or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Destiny.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the EU member state where the company is registered.
