This includes your name, email address, and any content you choose to save in your Divination Diary. We also collect usage data such as the spreads you perform and reading frequency to improve our service.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; generate personalised AI tarot interpretations; send transactional emails and service updates; analyse usage patterns to improve the product; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

4. AI Processing

Tarot readings you perform are processed by AI models via OpenRouter (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your reading content is sent to these providers to generate interpretations. We do not use your reading data to train AI models.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however we are committed to protecting your data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict our processing; data portability; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at privacy@destiny.me to exercise these rights.
